Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Linkin Maiik FC's Feliciano Estebe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Feliciano Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Severino Erruki might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Guter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino Erruki ran back to his position shaking his head. After 7 minutes of play, Villanos FC's Eustacio Locaio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Karmel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 15 minutes, Feliciano Estebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linkin Maiik FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Estebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute of the match Fernan Ixaka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicanor Karmel skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Villanos FC booed when Linkin Maiik FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Telo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efrain Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Linkin Maiik FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Karmel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 35 minutes, Eustacio Locaio made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Linkin Maiik FC's Nicanor Karmel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Efrain Fortun might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicanor Karmel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efrain Fortun ran back to his position shaking his head. Israel Bela lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 41st match minute, Villanos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Bela to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Joachim during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Efrain Fortun was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Villanos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Corderun came free, but Omar Guter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Karmel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Chuan in the 56th minute. After 56 minutes, Bernabe Corderun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Linkin Maiik FC and the Villanos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernabe Corderun kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Claudio Chuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Karmel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Erruki in the 64th minute of play forced Villanos FC's goalkeeper Omar Guter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Erruki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Omar Guter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Filomeno Paskal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villanos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Paskal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Fortun in the 70th minute of play forced Linkin Maiik FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Karmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Karmel having to interfere. In the 79th minute Feliciano Estebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Claudio Chuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute Alonzo Rius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filomeno Paskal struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Nicanor Karmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villanos FC. Nicanor Karmel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Chuan in the 96th minute. When the match was over Villanos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Linkin Maiik FC throughout the match.
