Gino Sabóia charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gino Sabóia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, Fc Taurus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Botana F.C.'s Hernan Oalo got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 15 minutes, Marcos Loramendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Taurus and the Real Botana F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Marcos Loramendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Taurus's zone, Jorge Balesio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Estebe came out of the goal and Jorge Balesio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Real Botana F.C.'s Jorge Balesio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Estebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute of the match Fc Taurus got a corner. Real Botana F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerardo Gabrio ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Sinan Öztürk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 30th minute Jorge Balesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Estebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Taurus's goalkeeper Federico Estebe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Fc Taurus's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Balesio came free, but Federico Estebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Jorge Balesio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc Taurus's Federico Estebe. Federico Estebe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. After 60 minutes, Jorge Balesio made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Fc Taurus's Federico Estebe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fc Taurus's Federico Estebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Balesio in the 63rd minute of play. Jorge Balesio might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Estebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Balesio ran back to his position shaking his head. Gerardo Gabrio struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Lucian Militaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Taurus. Federico Estebe came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Botana F.C.'s Victorio Mero. But to his dismay, Victorio Mero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Federico Estebe was a little too slow when Jorge Balesio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. Federico Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Victorio Mero made a precise shot to the right of Federico Estebe. Fc Taurus's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Jorge Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Estebe having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Fc Taurus's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Victorio Mero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hernan Oalo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Real Botana F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fc Taurus.
