Spectators: 6789 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) Jim Gray made the kick off and thus started the match. Ramon Granados recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Manrique Jarquin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the San Ramon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manrique Jarquin couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, San Ramon's Manrique Jarquin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hernan Cisneros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hernan Cisneros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Gray, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When Fabian Piedra came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the San Ramon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Piedra couldn't finish the play. Jim Gray scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Cisneros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nery Madrigal in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chico Luna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Granados to make the kick off. Chico Luna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Granados went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Hernan Cisneros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irvin Guillen, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Chiles's zone, Fabian Piedra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Cisneros came out of the goal and Fabian Piedra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Los Chiles's Ramon Granados in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Ramon's goalie prevented a goal. Hernan Cisneros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Piedra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Nery Madrigal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Chiles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Jim Gray struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Hernan Cisneros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Ramon. After having played for 81 minutes, Fabian Piedra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Ramon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Piedra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Gray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Hernan Cisneros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chico Luna came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Chiles's Nery Madrigal. But to his dismay, Nery Madrigal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Chico Luna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Granados in the 91st minute of play. San Ramon's Chico Luna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Granados in the 92nd minute of play. Chico Luna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Granados, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. San Ramon's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Los Chiles had won, even though San Ramon had held more of the ball.
