It was a penalty for Pingones FC! When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Bang Bang Pink's Herberto Gaitan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elmer Arrieta. Elmer Arrieta was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Johan Ortega capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johan Ortega really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When Pablo Bolaños came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Pingones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Bolaños couldn't finish the play. Daniel Bermudez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Luis Mejias kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Pingones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Herberto Gaitan came free, but Elmer Arrieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elmer Arrieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Ortega in the 30th minute of play. Salvador Mata might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Bermudez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Mata ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute, Johan Ortega made a precise shot to the right of Elmer Arrieta. Pingones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Pablo Bolaños received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Daniel Bermudez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Salvador Mata notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Bang Bang Pink's Daniel Bermudez. Daniel Bermudez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Ortega in the 44th minute of play forced Pingones FC's goalkeeper Elmer Arrieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanni Paniagua was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Bang Bang Pink booed when Pingones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pingones FC's Elmer Arrieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Rivas in the 59th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Pingones FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Vanderlat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Rivas in the 65th minute of play forced Pingones FC's goalkeeper Elmer Arrieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Ortega struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Elmer Arrieta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bang Bang Pink. Daniel Bermudez came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Pingones FC's Salvador Mata. But to his dismay, Salvador Mata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Daniel Bermudez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salvador Mata showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 82 minute of play. Bang Bang Pink's Daniel Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vanderlat in the 87th minute of play. Johan Ortega's late challenge caught a Pingones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johan Ortega helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Bang Bang Pink got a freekick which was hit by Johan Ortega. 94 minutes into the game, Bang Bang Pink's Johan Ortega nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elmer Arrieta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. Bang Bang Pink's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
