Spectators: 7800 (Terracing: 5850, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 156) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Placido Castaño kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Blind Knights getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Lluis Saracha hit a great ball. Rodrigo Rutges's late challenge caught a Blind Knights's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Rutges helped the player get up and apologised. Rodrigo Rutges kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Masferrer in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafo Azcunaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcelo Masferrer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Serafo Azcunaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gaizko Burualla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaizko Burualla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arano Abechuco having to interfere. In the 41st minute, one of Blind Knights:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Blind Knights. The referee gave Avengers a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valiente Tarresola, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Blind Knights's Arano Abechuco. 0-1. Aurre Vinyals struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Serafo Azcunaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blind Knights. After the first half Avengers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Masferrer made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurre Vinyals in the 54th minute of play forced Avengers's goalkeeper Serafo Azcunaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Loco Elzuardi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blind Knights and the Avengers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Avengers's Gaizko Burualla got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Gavito kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Marcelo Masferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafo Azcunaga having to interfere. When Placido Castaño came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Avengers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Castaño couldn't finish the play. Serafo Azcunaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurre Vinyals, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaizko Burualla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arano Abechuco having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Gaizko Burualla could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Arano Abechuco however easily saved by the left post. Gaizko Burualla took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arano Abechuco. Arano Abechuco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arano Abechuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Castaño in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Corderall Ribero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Gaizko Burualla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avengers's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaizko Burualla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arano Abechuco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 91st minute of the match Loco Elzuardi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Loco Elzuardi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
