The Chayuta fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Chayuta's Jax Pujol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gines Lizarazu during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chayuta's Gines Lizarazu got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute, Sazon Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sazon Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Txomin Rufrancos having to interfere. When Sazon Casado came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Chayuta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sazon Casado couldn't finish the play. Jax Pujol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jax Pujol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Txomin Rufrancos having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Txomin Rufrancos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jax Pujol in the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Monomalismo's zone, Sazon Casado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Txomin Rufrancos came out of the goal and Sazon Casado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Monomalismo's Txomin Rufrancos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jax Pujol in the 58th minute of play. Sazon Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Sazon Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Txomin Rufrancos. Monomalismo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sazon Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 69 minutes of play, Chayuta's Jax Pujol made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Txomin Rufrancos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Chayuta's Elivareo Cuffaro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Chayuta's Sazon Casado got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sazon Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Txomin Rufrancos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sazon Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
