If Cilio Villagomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alianza lima booed when AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otsoa Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Cilio Villagomez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ortzi Pedraja's late challenge caught a AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ortzi Pedraja helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Alianza lima got a freekick which was hit by Ortzi Pedraja. Mathieu Swartenbroekx scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Burutzagi Cia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Pernia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouricio Ibarlucea in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Swartenbroekx in the 39th minute of play forced Alianza lima's goalkeeper Burutzagi Cia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burutzagi Cia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Swartenbroekx in the 43rd minute of play. Alianza lima's Burutzagi Cia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathieu Swartenbroekx in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Curcio Trueba made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uhin Castañiza during the 54th minute. Benvide Lozana kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's Curcio Trueba got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Curcio Trueba scored 0-4 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Burutzagi Cia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Mouricio Ibarlucea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alianza lima's supporters rose to their feet, but Mouricio Ibarlucea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Pernia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AdictosDelCiclismo Podcas's Elazar Colon was substituted for Curcio Trueba. Ricardo Pernia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mouricio Ibarlucea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
