Thanks to some nice moves Urbasa Barbari could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Guipuzkoa Heraso however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxahun Randoli in the 14th minute of play forced Danubio FBC's goalkeeper Guipuzkoa Heraso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Frasquito Melic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Abascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Danubio FBC's Goren Peruyera got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Frasquito Melic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Abascal having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quirze Matias during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, Quirze Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Danubio FBC's goalkeeper Guipuzkoa Heraso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urbasa Barbari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guipuzkoa Heraso having to make a save. Urbasa Barbari took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guipuzkoa Heraso. Guipuzkoa Heraso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Urbasa Barbari's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Guipuzkoa Heraso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Atletico Grau were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Danubio FBC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Urbasa Barbari took the corner. Baldomiro Abascal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frasquito Melic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Atletico Grau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etxahun Randoli to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbasa Barbari to strike the kick off in the second half. Guipuzkoa Heraso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nabar Trueba in the 52nd minute of play. Ramirez Villamizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Baldomiro Abascal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Orain Trinidad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Urbasa Barbari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Grau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urbasa Barbari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Danubio FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbasa Barbari came free, but Guipuzkoa Heraso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Atletico Grau fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Atletico Grau's Urbasa Barbari looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frasquito Melic in the 80th minute of play forced Atletico Grau's goalkeeper Baldomiro Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danubio FBC's Guipuzkoa Heraso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nabar Trueba in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Danubio FBC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Urbasa Barbari was slow to take the kick. During this time Atletico Grau's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Atletico Grau's Urbasa Barbari to fire away a dangerous shot which Guipuzkoa Heraso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Osasun Arcos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomiro Abascal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urbasa Barbari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guipuzkoa Heraso having to interfere. Ramirez Villamizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Baldomiro Abascal made a huge save. When Ramirez Villamizar came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Danubio FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramirez Villamizar couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Atletico Grau fully deserved thier win.
