Spectators: 8421 (Terracing: 6316, Seating: 1937, VIP seats: 168) Danubio FBC's Frasquito Melic started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Rodolfo Bonilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 5 minutes, Frasquito Melic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Danubio FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frasquito Melic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Quirze Matias fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Guipuzkoa Heraso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Moste in the 12th minute of play. Constantino Moste took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guipuzkoa Heraso. Guipuzkoa Heraso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mambru Docio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frasquito Melic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramirez Villamizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mambru Docio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Danubio FBC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Timoteo Vardeci hit a great ball. Ramirez Villamizar's late challenge caught a Destripadores FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramirez Villamizar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Danubio FBC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ramirez Villamizar hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Benvido Casares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guipuzkoa Heraso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 played minutes Danubio FBC got a freekick which was hit by Frasquito Melic. Guipuzkoa Heraso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benvido Casares in the 42nd minute of play. Timoteo Vardeci charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Vardeci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Destripadores FC booed when Danubio FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Vardeci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Danubio FBC's Timoteo Vardeci got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantino Moste made a kick off. Guipuzkoa Heraso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Moste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Destripadores FC's zone, Ramirez Villamizar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mambru Docio came out of the goal and Ramirez Villamizar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Timoteo Vardeci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frasquito Melic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mambru Docio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frasquito Melic in the 71st minute of play forced Destripadores FC's goalkeeper Mambru Docio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Constantino Moste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Danubio FBC's Guipuzkoa Heraso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mambru Docio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramirez Villamizar went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the match, Benvido Casares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guipuzkoa Heraso, 1-3. Destripadores FC's Mambru Docio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frasquito Melic in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Danubio FBC's goalkeeper Guipuzkoa Heraso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benvido Casares. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Destripadores FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
