David FC's Pablo Quintero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save David FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panagiotis Dreliozis in the 17th minute of play forced David FC's goalkeeper Pablo Quintero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciencias FC's Panagiotis Dreliozis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pablo Quintero. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. Pablo Quintero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Treviño in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panagiotis Dreliozis got free with Pablo Quintero in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, David FC's Juan Villarreal got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebiu Spirea in the 72nd minute of play forced David FC's goalkeeper Pablo Quintero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rune Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, David FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Batista came free, but Pablo Quintero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
