Paiva Gomara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Agusto's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Inter de Sonic Power booed when CD Masaconsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Costoya didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Genaro Reyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paiva Gomara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Moniz to strike the kick off in the second half. Vicente Agusto struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Paiva Gomara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Sonic Power. Paiva Gomara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Reyo in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Vicente Agusto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paiva Gomara. The goal made the score 0-4. Paiva Gomara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Agusto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Beltran hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the CD Masaconsa defense, Genaro Reyo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paiva Gomara. The CD Masaconsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paiva Gomara should have stopped the shot. Genaro Reyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Paiva Gomara made a huge save. When the match was over Inter de Sonic Power could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CD Masaconsa throughout the match.
