The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Morán Almarza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Miliapolis Futbol Club getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Morán Almarza hit a great ball. If Genaro Reyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute of the match Edgar Solbeida shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Belloso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mora Ponte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Americo Villalon charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Americo Villalon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Inter de Sonic Power got a freekick which was hit by Americo Villalon. If Mora Ponte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Inter de Sonic Power's Ysidro Prellezo threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vicente Agusto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Miliapolis Futbol Club's goalkeeper Ysidro Prellezo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Inter de Sonic Power's Vicente Agusto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ysidro Prellezo. Ysidro Prellezo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 41st minute Morán Almarza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Belloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Vicente Agusto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ysidro Prellezo. Vicente Agusto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 47th minute Morán Almarza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Belloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mora Ponte made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Vicente Agusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysidro Prellezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Genaro Reyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter de Sonic Power's Jaime Belloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mora Ponte in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Vicente Agusto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ysidro Prellezo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inter de Sonic Power's Vicente Agusto got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miliapolis Futbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
