In the 15th minute of the match Arboleda Barreiros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yoel Udoy skillfully saved the ball. Yoel Udoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincente Paderniga in the 16th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Arvelo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Vincente Paderniga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Ismael Acebero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Vincente Paderniga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yoel Udoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MESSI ASTRO X fully deserved thier win.
