Camilo Cancel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, LDU's Nicolás Isasi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Cancel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Camilo Cancel made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sanchez Marcos sent off a good shot on target. Ortiz Pernia struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Xurdin Gabirondo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mocoral SC. In the 36th match minute, Mocoral SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Crisol to maneuver through the defense. Ortiz Pernia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Mocoral SC's goalkeeper Camilo Cancel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolás Isasi. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nicolás Isasi scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Cancel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernando Botejara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Xurdin Gabirondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, LDU's Xurdin Gabirondo got control of the ball when Ortiz Pernia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolás Isasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Camilo Cancel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mocoral SC's Camilo Cancel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolás Isasi in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mocoral SC's Facundo Crisol got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes Mocoral SC got a freekick which was hit by Weather Munet. Fernando Botejara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Cancel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Arruga in the 87th minute of the match. LDU's Sanchez Marcos got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes LDU got a freekick which was hit by Macías Valer. Xurdin Gabirondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Botejara in the 94th minute of the match. Sanchez Marcos scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Cancel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the LDU players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
