Águilas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Ilaló the free kick. Rolando Cagigal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mateus Ochandio made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Juan Miguel González Bengtsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mateus Ochandio. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th minute Juan Miguel González Bengtsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Ochandio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Miguel González Bengtsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Mateus Ochandio made a huge save. With a little luck, Atletico Ilaló's Mateus Ochandio got control of the ball when Rolando Cagigal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atletico Ilaló's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Juan Miguel González Bengtsson 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Atletico Ilaló's Mateus Ochandio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Ilaló from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Rolando Cagigal made a precise shot to the right of Mateus Ochandio. Atletico Ilaló's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Mateus Ochandio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Miguel González Bengtsson in the 35th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vincente Moncada during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 36 played minutes Atletico Ilaló got a freekick which was hit by Vincente Moncada. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

Mateus Ochandio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Tobalina in the 54th minute of play. In the 59th minute Águilas FC were awarded a corner. Sandro Tobalina went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Águilas FC's corner Sandro Tobalina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mateus Ochandio quite easily take care of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Atletico Ilaló's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Cagigal came free, but Mateus Ochandio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Atletico Ilaló defense, Juan Miguel González Bengtsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateus Ochandio. The Atletico Ilaló fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateus Ochandio should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Manuel Plata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Águilas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Mateus Ochandio came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Águilas FC's Rolando Cagigal. But to his dismay, Rolando Cagigal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Atletico Ilaló's Mateus Ochandio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Plata in the 88th minute of play. Mateus Ochandio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Miguel González Bengtsson in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Xinaro Barril recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rustam Martynov. Xinaro Barril showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 11-1. 93 minutes into the match, Rolando Cagigal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Ochandio. Atletico Ilaló's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolando Cagigal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-1. Mateus Ochandio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Larrauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Águilas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
