But to his dismay, Felix Burgo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Ximenez Vuelta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Abad was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Gilmar Montiano hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Soultouk FC's Calisto Alayz got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Calisto Alayz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lisandro Villasana. The goal made the score 2-0. When Soultouk FC's Felix Burgo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pital's goalie prevented a goal. Lisandro Villasana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Burgo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Felix Burgo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lisandro Villasana. The goal made the score 3-0. Clodoveo Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ximenez Vuelta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soultouk FC's Clodoveo Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximenez Vuelta in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Soultouk FC's Parisi Longoria dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. When Felix Burgo came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Soultouk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Burgo couldn't finish the play. Gilmar Montiano struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Lisandro Villasana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soultouk FC. Felix Burgo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Villasana having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Calisto Alayz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soultouk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calisto Alayz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Soultouk FC booed when Pital was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximenez Vuelta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Parisi Longoria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Felix Burgo sped through Pital's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lisandro Villasana. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Burgo in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Villasana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilmar Montiano scored 7-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Villasana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Burgo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lisandro Villasana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Felix Burgo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lisandro Villasana was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. He walked away shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, Pital's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Burgo came free, but Lisandro Villasana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Pital's goalie and right to Gilmar Montiano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Pital's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Soultouk FC fully deserved thier win.
