After a defensive mix-up in CHUKUFU's zone, Xantalen Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zigor Erauso came out of the goal and Xantalen Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Anibal Langayo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CHUKUFU's protests and gave Anibal Langayo a yellow card for diving instead. Anibal Langayo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Futboro SC's Xantalen Ramos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CHUKUFU. Xantalen Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Zigor Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Churruca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zigor Erauso having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Anibal Langayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Macias Mirones mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CHUKUFU and the Futboro SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Macias Mirones kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, CHUKUFU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Langayo to maneuver through the defense. Xacintu Valino lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, CHUKUFU's Xacintu Valino got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Octavio Villavedon's late challenge caught a Futboro SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavio Villavedon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, CHUKUFU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Villavedon to maneuver through the defense. Gian-Carlo Batalle made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CHUKUFU's Vincente Herbi. The supporters of Futboro SC booed when CHUKUFU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Langayo didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xantalen Ramos made a kick off. In the 58th minute, Roldan Tigero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute, Xantalen Ramos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zigor Erauso. The goal made the score 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Marines during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th match minute, CHUKUFU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Marines to maneuver through the defense. Rocio Elguera hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Macias Mirones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CHUKUFU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Macias Mirones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute Alberto Marines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cortez Pla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CHUKUFU's Vincente Herbi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gian-Carlo Batalle, made in the 92nd minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Futboro SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CHUKUFU.
