Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jimmy Unzueta kicked off to start the match. S.D. RAYO's Ximen Jusino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 3rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Walter Cerillo but with some difficulty. Walter Cerillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Ucedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes S.D. RAYO got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Ucedo. Luis-Antonio Vuelva charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis-Antonio Vuelva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Luis-Antonio Vuelva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roris Horreo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Texeira Frecha having to interfere. In the 15th minute Villagra Bevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Texeira Frecha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Ucedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Walter Cerillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Lucio Ucedo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the S.D. RAYO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Ucedo couldn't finish the play. Jimmy Unzueta hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Jimmy Unzueta got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for S.D. RAYO. After having played for 25 minutes, Ubelteso Ortega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ingueza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubelteso Ortega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Villagra Bevia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Texeira Frecha having to interfere. If Ubelteso Ortega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubelteso Ortega took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Texeira Frecha. Texeira Frecha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ingueza's Zornin Arteson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half Ingueza were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubelteso Ortega made a kick off. Villagra Bevia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Texeira Frecha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jimmy Unzueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ingueza's zone, Lucio Ucedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Cerillo came out of the goal and Lucio Ucedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walter Cerillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimmy Unzueta went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute Jimmy Unzueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Cerillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Villagra Bevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingueza's Walter Cerillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Unzueta in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Velasco Azpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Vicente Traslago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ingueza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.D. RAYO the free kick. In the 67th minute, one of Ingueza:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ingueza. When Luis-Antonio Vuelva was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. In the 73rd minute, Luis-Antonio Vuelva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter Cerillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Ucedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lucio Ucedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Fasgar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Cerillo having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Xuan Fombona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.D. RAYO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ingueza the free kick. The supporters of Ingueza booed when S.D. RAYO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xuan Fombona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubelteso Ortega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Texeira Frecha having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
