Sanec SC's Justavino Ennecon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arboleda Marcha in the 5th minute of play. Gerardo Arripe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Héctor Burgueño in the 18th minute of the match. Justavino Ennecon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arboleda Marcha in the 24th minute of play. Héctor Burgueño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Arripe having to interfere. If Méndez Bozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Héctor Burgueño sped through Javilla's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gerardo Arripe. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Méndez Bozo in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Arripe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, Méndez Bozo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Javilla's Gerardo Arripe. Gerardo Arripe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 48 minutes into the match, Javilla's goal looked a bit too open when Héctor Burgueño came free, but Gerardo Arripe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

59 minutes into the match, Sanec SC's goal looked a bit too open when Estevez Lira came free, but Justavino Ennecon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Arripe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Gerardo Arripe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Méndez Bozo in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Méndez Bozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanec SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Méndez Bozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Javilla's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Héctor Burgueño fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Javilla defense, Héctor Burgueño kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Arripe. The Javilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Arripe should have stopped the shot. Héctor Burgueño in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerardo Arripe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Justavino Ennecon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevez Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 minutes, Lopez Hormaiztegui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sanec SC and the Javilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Sanec SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lopez Hormaiztegui to maneuver through the defense. 98 minutes into the match, Alfredo Agrelo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerardo Arripe, 0-8. When the match was over Sanec SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Javilla throughout the match.
