Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xeromo Freyle started the match with the kick off. If Peter Pidrola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xeromo Freyle in the 11th minute of play forced Joli's goalkeeper Generosb Zermeño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to The Cracks Verdolagas getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Remigio Diego hit a great ball. After 18 minutes, Atarratze Nazario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Cracks Verdolagas and the Joli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes The Cracks Verdolagas got a freekick which was hit by Atarratze Nazario. If Xeromo Freyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Joli's zone, Xeromo Freyle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generosb Zermeño came out of the goal and Xeromo Freyle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eladio Uruñuela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Joli booed when The Cracks Verdolagas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Pidrola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Eladio Uruñuela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paco Gallardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cracks Verdolagas's Paco Gallardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Torroba in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Torroba was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Cracks Verdolagas! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ler Ezquibela during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xeromo Freyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iyan Truebano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Dario Torroba struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Paco Gallardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joli. Generosb Zermeño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xeromo Freyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Paco Gallardo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anastasio Gormaz. Xeromo Freyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generosb Zermeño having to interfere. With a little luck, The Cracks Verdolagas's Paco Gallardo got control of the ball when Eladio Uruñuela tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 98 played minutes The Cracks Verdolagas got a freekick which was hit by Peter Pidrola. The Joli supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Joli would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
