Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oroitz Oñiderra started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Guavio booed when VERSETTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segio Lino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ursino Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Guavio got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Cascales. Xamo Proaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiona Arando, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The supporters of VERSETTI booed when Guavio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ursino Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 minutes, Tiago Cobian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guavio and the VERSETTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes Guavio got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Cobian. After having played for 15 minutes, Montel Elano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VERSETTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Montel Elano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segio Lino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Xamo Proaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, VERSETTI's goal looked a bit too open when Oroitz Oñiderra came free, but Hotz Botella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Ursino Rubio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hotz Botella. The goal made the score 1-0. Hotz Botella made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Tiago Cobian sent off a good shot on target. Vincente Carrizo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Guavio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Cascales to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th match minute, VERSETTI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincente Carrizo to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st match minute, Guavio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helder Caroso to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Severo Salvado managed to get in a good position for a shot. VERSETTI's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Salvado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xamo Proaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ursino Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segio Lino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Cobian in the 52nd minute of play forced VERSETTI's goalkeeper Hotz Botella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Guavio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Cascales to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th match minute, Guavio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ursino Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Hotz Botella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Cobian in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ursino Rubio in the 67th minute of play forced VERSETTI's goalkeeper Hotz Botella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Montel Elano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segio Lino in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xamo Proaño saved Guavio from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Oroitz Oñiderra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guavio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VERSETTI the free kick. After 74 played minutes Guavio got a freekick which was hit by Oroitz Oñiderra. In the 76th minute, Montel Elano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oroitz Oñiderra scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hotz Botella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Segio Lino managed to get in a good position for a shot. VERSETTI's supporters rose to their feet, but Segio Lino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xamo Proaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Montel Elano charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Montel Elano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to VERSETTI getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Montel Elano hit a great ball. VERSETTI's Baiona Arando managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Andaltia in the 87 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Guavio's zone, Baiona Arando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xamo Proaño came out of the goal and Baiona Arando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Guavio's goalkeeper Xamo Proaño had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliciano Villalobos. In the 93rd match minute, Guavio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Andaltia to maneuver through the defense. Xamo Proaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segio Lino's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Guavio's Kevin Cascales nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hotz Botella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, Guavio could leave the field as winners, despite VERSETTI having more of the ball for most of the match.
