Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sarracino Hernandez took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Florinda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Callejo came free, but Cris Mambliga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Florinda FC's zone, Donatello Cagide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cris Mambliga came out of the goal and Donatello Cagide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 played minutes Florinda FC got a freekick which was hit by Illan Abecia. Cris Mambliga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Callejo in the 9th minute of play. Sarracino Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Puig having to interfere. Guayabillas's Donatello Cagide got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sarracino Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd match minute, Guayabillas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piarres Gallaiztegui to maneuver through the defense. Guayabillas's Ivan Puig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Pedroso in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sarracino Hernandez in the 35th minute of play forced Guayabillas's goalkeeper Ivan Puig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sarracino Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarracino Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ivan Puig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
