Cesar Pabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Nuquí's goal looked a bit too open when Lano Gaviria came free, but Cesar Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Frances Garantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Nuquí's goal looked a bit too open when Oriche Villaquiran came free, but Cesar Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Restu Godines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Lano Gaviria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesar Pabon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cesar Pabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lano Gaviria's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lano Gaviria made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nuquí's goal looked a bit too open when Matxin Mandojana came free, but Cesar Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Monico Trilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Pabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lano Gaviria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Pabon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Monico Trilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Pabon having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Frances Garantos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nuquí and the Contry FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frances Garantos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Frances Garantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lano Gaviria in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesar Pabon saved Nuquí from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lano Gaviria in the 74th minute of play forced Nuquí's goalkeeper Cesar Pabon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flor Vivar kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lano Gaviria in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Pabon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cesar Pabon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lano Gaviria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well placed Lano Gaviria short distance shot in the 87th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Lano Gaviria kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Restu Godines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyague Rioseras having to interfere. Contry FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
