Gentza Granda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Guillelmus Mercadillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lekubegi Vila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Gargante having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, xDDX oOoO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Espada to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the game, Dayam Muñoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. xDDX oOoO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cucuy FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of xDDX oOoO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cucuy FC:s goal. 11 minutes into the match, Eneas Fonelleda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey Gargante. xDDX oOoO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eneas Fonelleda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonatan Suarez during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Jonatan Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gentza Granda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Cucuy FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Thomas Zuloaga hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Luisito Ordax rounded xDDX oOoO's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cucuy FC's zone, Barto Lami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillelmus Mercadillo came out of the goal and Barto Lami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lekubegi Vila's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Joey Gargante skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, xDDX oOoO's Joey Gargante got control of the ball when Lekubegi Vila tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, xDDX oOoO's Txilar Faubelo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Salvador Llames charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Llames the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cucuy FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Salvador Llames hit a great ball. Joey Gargante was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luisito Ordax showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. Barto Lami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Guillelmus Mercadillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barto Lami made a kick off. Cucuy FC's Guillelmus Mercadillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cucuy FC from getting a goal against them. Gentza Granda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Txilar Faubelo hit a great ball. Lekubegi Vila struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Joey Gargante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cucuy FC. xDDX oOoO's Barto Lami got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cucuy FC's Guillelmus Mercadillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barto Lami in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Salvador Llames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Cucuy FC's Guillelmus Mercadillo got control of the ball when Gentza Granda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cucuy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lekubegi Vila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barto Lami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
