Tolima.F.C.'s Diaz Vinuesa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Says in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Aracure was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Redeño to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Adrian Moyuelo sped through Tolima.F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diaz Vinuesa. After 13 played minutes Aracure got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Moyuelo. The Tolima.F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Tolima.F.C.'s Llin Vallines looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Tolima.F.C.'s Llin Vallines got a free kick in the 17th minute. Niguel Cardiel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iliana Sevillano went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sergio Redeño charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Redeño the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Aracure was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Redeño to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Paz Reinosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tolima.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Paz Reinosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niguel Cardiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Aracure's Mariano Says got a free kick in the 30th minute. Diaz Vinuesa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Adrian Moyuelo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosario Rivero in the 35th minute of play forced Tolima.F.C.'s goalkeeper Diaz Vinuesa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Candido Lordaliego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diaz Vinuesa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, Llin Vallines made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Aracure's Niguel Cardiel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Candido Lordaliego stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Tolima.F.C.'s Llin Vallines nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niguel Cardiel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. When Llin Vallines came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tolima.F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Llin Vallines couldn't finish the play. After having played for 59 minutes, Llin Vallines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tolima.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Llin Vallines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niguel Cardiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlomagno Caceo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of Tolima.F.C. booed when Aracure was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Moyuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Aracure's Sergio Redeño got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Llin Vallines lined in a short shot 1-7 behind a frustrated Niguel Cardiel. The crowd rose to their feet as Tolima.F.C.'s Carlomagno Caceo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niguel Cardiel. That made the score 1-8 after 70 minutes of play. Llin Vallines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Niguel Cardiel made a huge save. 75 minutes into the match, Sansone Biembengén notched a goal, 2-8, to the right of Tolima.F.C.'s Diaz Vinuesa. Diaz Vinuesa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tolima.F.C.'s Diaz Vinuesa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Moyuelo in the 77th minute of play. Diaz Vinuesa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Rivero in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Tolima.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chayo Cerbera to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Llin Vallines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tolima.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Llin Vallines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niguel Cardiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Llin Vallines in the 84th minute of play. Maju Rueda hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Tolima.F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
