Spectators: 7946 (Terracing: 5960, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) USTA FC's Andres Labarra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. COSMOS's Godofredo Arteaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekaitz Novales in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Labarra in the 8th minute of play forced COSMOS's goalkeeper Godofredo Arteaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When USTA FC's Andres Labarra in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye COSMOS's goalie prevented a goal. Godofredo Arteaga came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by USTA FC's Andres Labarra. But to his dismay, Andres Labarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to COSMOS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Iztal Alcano hit a great ball. If Ekaitz Novales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, USTA FC's Gaston Bernat got a free kick in the 25th minute. Andres Labarra took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Arteaga. Godofredo Arteaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, COSMOS's goal looked a bit too open when Mitxaut Segurola came free, but Godofredo Arteaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ekaitz Novales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Godofredo Arteaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ekaitz Novales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Labarra in the 45th minute of play forced COSMOS's goalkeeper Godofredo Arteaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half USTA FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benito Berlanga was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Benito Berlanga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Galli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Gaston Bernat fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Andres Labarra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Godofredo Arteaga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mitxaut Segurola kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, USTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Berlanga came free, but Gaston Galli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrea Falcon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to USTA FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Mitxaut Segurola hit a great ball. Pio Duque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gaston Galli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Labarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Godofredo Arteaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godofredo Arteaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Labarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Andres Labarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 minutes, Mitxaut Segurola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the USTA FC and the COSMOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Mitxaut Segurola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, USTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pio Duque came free, but Gaston Galli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes, Pio Duque made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. USTA FC's Gaston Galli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
