Spectators: 8162 (Terracing: 6123, Seating: 1877, VIP seats: 162) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulisses Campidelis kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Washington Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN FC.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Washington Xavier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Calonge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Urtzi Acebes fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guachane's protests and gave Urtzi Acebes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th match minute, Guachane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urtzi Acebes to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Guachane's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carlos Alzorbe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Isauro Ruescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Cunha having to interfere. Mark Calonge was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Przemyslaw Burdzel. With a little luck, Guachane's Mark Calonge got control of the ball when Mauro Matoš tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guachane's Mark Calonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Campidelis in the 21st minute of play. Ritchie Palazuelos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Mauro Matoš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulisses Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Mark Calonge successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mark Calonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkiner Parskan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mark Calonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Campidelis in the 35th minute of play. Arí Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Botas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guachane's Isauro Ruescas got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldo Botas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 minutes, Firmo Pison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guachane and the CAN FC. players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Botas was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Ulisses Campidelis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guachane's Mark Calonge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mark Calonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 played minutes CAN FC. got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Campidelis. After some careless play in the Guachane defense, Ulisses Campidelis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Calonge. The Guachane fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Calonge should have stopped the shot. Mark Calonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulisses Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Guachane's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Matoš came free, but Mark Calonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mark Calonge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulisses Campidelis's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Guachane's Urtzi Acebes got a free kick in the 70th minute. Urtzi Acebes hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Mark Calonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Matoš in the 74th minute of play. Mark Calonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Washington Xavier in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Ulisses Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mark Calonge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulisses Campidelis in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mark Calonge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mark Calonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Xavier in the 82nd minute of play. Osvaldo Botas kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Ulisses Campidelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Calonge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Yetkiner Parskan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mark Calonge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91st play minutes Mauro Matoš shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Mark Calonge and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, CAN FC.'s Arí Cunha got control of the ball when Isauro Ruescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isauro Ruescas struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Arí Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guachane. There was no doubt that CAN FC. were the better team. CAN FC.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
