Xuaco Castrillon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hotz Escapa, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Peladeros's Martinez Pedulles got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th match minute, Peladeros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fanuco Peñaranda to maneuver through the defense. Martinez Pedulles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urdin Peñalba having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Auricia's goalkeeper Urdin Peñalba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martinez Pedulles. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 33rd minute, but Urdin Peñalba got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Auricia hanging dry this time. The crowd rose to their feet as Peladeros's Martinez Pedulles slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urdin Peñalba. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. The long shot by Ricardo Guilizasti in the 41st minute really tested Urdin Peñalba's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Auricia's goalkeeper Urdin Peñalba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Auricia's Eduardo Aubert got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Aubert was the one to do the kick off. Peladeros's Martinez Pedulles got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Favila Troconiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urdin Peñalba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Favila Troconiz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Favila Troconiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65thth minute of the game Martinez Pedulles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Auricia's Urdin Peñalba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Urdin Peñalba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Favila Troconiz in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Auricia's goalkeeper Urdin Peñalba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Favila Troconiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urdin Peñalba having to make a save. Martinez Pedulles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Urdin Peñalba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urdin Peñalba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Favila Troconiz in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Ur Vilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Favila Troconiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urdin Peñalba having to interfere. In the 89th minute Favila Troconiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urdin Peñalba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Favila Troconiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peladeros walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
