With a little luck, Roessleville FC's Todd Welch got control of the ball when Reginald Valentine tried to sneak it across the goal line. Farmer City AFC's Reginald Valentine got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Sebastian Crum notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Farmer City AFC's Lee Murry. Lee Murry was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Pedro Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reginald Valentine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. J.P. Gustafson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Vargas in the 27th minute of play forced Roessleville FC's goalkeeper Todd Welch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Todd Welch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todd Welch having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Farmer City AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Bishop came free, but Lee Murry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reginald Valentine got free with Todd Welch in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Vargas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Todd Welch. That made the score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Farmer City AFC's Reginald Valentine made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Todd Welch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karl Bishop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lee Murry having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Reginald Valentine spun around in front of the goal 52 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Roessleville FC's goal. After 56 played minutes Roessleville FC got a freekick which was hit by Trent Rankin. Marcellus Miner, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Pedro Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farmer City AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todd Welch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginald Valentine in the 66th minute of play forced Roessleville FC's goalkeeper Todd Welch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Bishop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Conrad Frey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reginald Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todd Welch having to interfere. Lee Murry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Bishop in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Crum got free with Lee Murry in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 93 played minutes Farmer City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Valentine. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
