Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raphael Yoshioka took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Gilbert Beasley put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Sandia Heights:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fairfield Glade:s goal. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Fairfield Glade. Trenton Giles stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tracy Chin. 0-1. Sandia Heights's Dustin Nava got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Fairfield Glade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Kendrick to maneuver through the defense. Dustin Nava received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Abraham Cerna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Joey Theilacker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Cerna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dustin Nava, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Dustin Nava who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fairfield Glade's Abraham Cerna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joey Theilacker hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Sandia Heights's Lazaro McKinley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abraham Cerna in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abraham Cerna was a little too slow when Dustin Nava got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 3-1. If Dustin Nava had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, Brad Jorgensen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fairfield Glade and the Sandia Heights players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brad Jorgensen kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joey Theilacker made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Dustin Nava ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abraham Cerna was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Dustin Nava sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abraham Cerna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dustin Nava in the 66th minute of play. Abraham Cerna came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Sandia Heights's Bobby Staton. But to his dismay, Bobby Staton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The supporters of Fairfield Glade booed when Sandia Heights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vance Kramer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tracy Chin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rudolph Tolbert in the 71st minute. Abraham Cerna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vance Kramer in the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dustin Nava in the 84th minute of play forced Fairfield Glade's goalkeeper Abraham Cerna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes, Craig Calcagnini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fairfield Glade and the Sandia Heights players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Lazaro McKinley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abraham Cerna was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 93 minutes into the match, Dustin Nava had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abraham Cerna. Fairfield Glade's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dustin Nava was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. After a rather tough play, Sandia Heights's Vance Kramer got a free kick in the 96th minute.
