The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ted Kent helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Westway AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Kent to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Westway AFC's Dalton Nichols got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Arthur Pruett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Westway AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Ted Kent's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trent Calvert was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Moses Hutchison kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Ted Kent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ted Kent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Arthur Pruett got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 36 minutes into the match, Oradell's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Kent came free, but Trent Calvert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trent Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Kent in the 38th minute of play. Ted Kent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trent Calvert having to interfere. Ted Kent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trent Calvert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Trent Calvert made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Arthur Pruett sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, Westway AFC's Ted Kent sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trent Calvert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Moses Hutchison made the kick off in the second half. Westway AFC's Allan Calderwood got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bret Barrios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Trent Calvert didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ted Kent went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Trent Calvert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Pruett, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur Pruett in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trent Calvert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Oradell's zone, Ted Kent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trent Calvert came out of the goal and Ted Kent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trent Calvert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Pruett in the 64th minute of the match. Trent Calvert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Kent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Westway AFC's Ted Kent in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oradell's goalie prevented a goal. Dallas Woodall hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Ted Kent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trent Calvert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trent Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dallas Woodall in the 85th minute of play. Trent Calvert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Pruett, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Trent Calvert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Kent in the 91st minute of play. If Ted Kent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Ted Kent cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Trent Calvert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oradell players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Westway AFC.
