Heriberto Ragland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shaun Joseph in the 20th minute of the match. Heriberto Ragland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaun Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Koenig couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Miamisburg's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Pruett came free, but Heriberto Ragland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heriberto Ragland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shaun Joseph in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Shaun Joseph to strike the kick off in the second half. Heriberto Ragland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shaun Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Donny Barrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Koenig in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Shaun Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valley Village's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shaun Joseph was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giovanni Pruett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Miamisburg defense, Giovanni Pruett kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Heriberto Ragland. The Miamisburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heriberto Ragland should have stopped the shot. Shaun Joseph blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Heriberto Ragland having to make a save. After 72 played minutes Miamisburg got a freekick which was hit by Jermaine Varner. Shaun Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Miamisburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ron Koenig to maneuver through the defense. Shaun Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heriberto Ragland having to interfere. Heriberto Ragland made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Giovanni Pruett sent off a good shot on target. When Valley Village's Shaun Joseph in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Miamisburg's goalie prevented a goal. Miamisburg's Rory Newsome got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Valley Village could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Miamisburg throughout the match.
