Daniel Hatcher was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ernie Negron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Lionel Wallace put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Hatcher. Moses Lim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Daniel Hatcher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, Vail's goal looked a bit too open when Moses Lim came free, but Tommy Spencer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Larry Ward fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bloomer FC's protests and gave Larry Ward a yellow card for diving instead. Larry Ward kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Vail got a corner. Bloomer FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enrique Camacho ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 83rd minute, one of Bloomer FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bloomer FC. Enrique Camacho walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Daniel Hatcher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lionel Wallace in the 87th minute. Lionel Wallace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Vail players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bloomer FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
