Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Damian Preston made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes, Rickie Herget mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montevallo AFC and the Peshtigo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Rickie Herget hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th match minute, Peshtigo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvester Waters to maneuver through the defense. Peshtigo AFC's Terrance Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Preston in the 6th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Peshtigo AFC's Quinn Schmitt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Son Watt. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. If Quinn Schmitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Montevallo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Boyd Bullock came free, but Son Watt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickey Crosby in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Terrance Allison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damian Preston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peshtigo AFC's Terrance Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Preston in the 21st minute of play. Terrance Allison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickey Crosby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Montevallo AFC's Damian Preston in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peshtigo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Damian Preston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peshtigo AFC's Terrance Allison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Rickey Crosby came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Montevallo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickey Crosby couldn't finish the play. Damian Preston kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Quinn Schmitt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Son Watt made a huge save. Boyd Bullock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boyd Bullock to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Jennings in the 55th minute of play forced Montevallo AFC's goalkeeper Son Watt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Peshtigo AFC's Boyd Bullock in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montevallo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Quinn Schmitt struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Son Watt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peshtigo AFC. Damian Preston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickey Crosby's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Terrance Allison skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 72 played minutes Montevallo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Kay. A collision led to Peshtigo AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Stephen Jennings hit a great ball. Josh Felton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Terrance Allison. Peshtigo AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Boyd Bullock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Rickey Crosby made a precise shot to the right of Terrance Allison. Peshtigo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Graham Atwood charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graham Atwood the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Darrell Olson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 85 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Terrance Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Preston in the 87th minute of play. Sylvester Waters's late challenge caught a Montevallo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylvester Waters helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, Peshtigo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvester Waters to maneuver through the defense. Rickey Crosbys short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Terrance Allison to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Quinn Schmitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Son Watt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 99th minute, Rickey Crosby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montevallo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The Montevallo AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Peshtigo AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
