Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dudley Bliss started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Darin Cardona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ossian AFC's goalkeeper Douglass Meyer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute Dudley Bliss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglass Meyer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudley Bliss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Darin Mims notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Alpha FC's Rusty Conner. Rusty Conner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Douglass Meyer made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Art Cano sent off a good shot on target. Darin Mims sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ward Walls received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rusty Conner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damien Coats during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Alpha FC booed when Ossian AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Coats didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Dudley Bliss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Douglass Meyer was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Art Cano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darin Mims stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Owen Haley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes, Dudley Bliss made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ossian AFC's Douglass Meyer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Darin Mims had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ward Walls had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusty Conner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin Mims in the 68th minute of the match. Douglass Meyer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudley Bliss's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ossian AFC's Darin Mims slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rusty Conner. That made the score 2-3 after 83 minutes of play. A collision led to Ossian AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Cody Starnes hit a great ball. Art Cano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglass Meyer having to interfere. Douglass Meyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Art Cano in the 96th minute of play. The Alpha FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ossian AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ossian AFC.
