Jarrod Eubanks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merrill Jean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tara Hills booed when Fc San Nicolas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerold Lemons didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Thurston in the 8th minute of play forced Fc San Nicolas's goalkeeper Jarrod Eubanks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Merrill Jean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jarrod Eubanks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merrill Jean in the 18th minute of play forced Fc San Nicolas's goalkeeper Jarrod Eubanks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Riley Thurston came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Tara Hills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Riley Thurston couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Merrill Jean managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tara Hills's supporters rose to their feet, but Merrill Jean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarrod Eubanks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brady Brownell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rex Ambriz having to interfere. Brady Brownell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Tara Hills's Riley Thurston in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc San Nicolas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 54th minute, Rudy Gleason hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lee Hancock hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Jarrod Eubanks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Thurston, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. If Lee Hancock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Tara Hills got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Blanchard. Noah Coffman, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Riley Thurston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tara Hills's goalkeeper Rex Ambriz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Merrill Jean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tara Hills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 81 minutes into the match, Arthur Morton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rex Ambriz. Tara Hills's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arthur Morton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Tara Hills's Lucien Comer got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Brady Brownell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riley Thurston struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jarrod Eubanks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tara Hills. Merrill Jean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merrill Jean could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Jarrod Eubanks made a huge save. The Tara Hills players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fc San Nicolas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
