Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Keith Knutson took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, High Ridge AFC's Ervin Stratton got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Keith Knutson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 5 played minutes High Ridge AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marty Guidry. Perry Tapia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Ransom in the 8th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Lemont FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Ransom came free, but Perry Tapia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berry Keith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perry Tapia having to interfere. When Gerard Ransom came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the High Ridge AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerard Ransom couldn't finish the play. Perry Tapia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berry Keith in the 21st minute of play. After 22 played minutes Lemont FC got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Choi. Berry Keith took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Perry Tapia. Perry Tapia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th match minute, Lemont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Singleton to maneuver through the defense. Berry Keith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perry Tapia having to interfere. Gerard Ransom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perry Tapia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Ransom, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Berry Keith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perry Tapia having to interfere. Jordan Singleton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but German Payton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Quincy Adkins kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Perry Tapia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berry Keith, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ernest Patten hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Jordan Singleton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. German Payton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keith Knutson struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. German Payton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lemont FC. After 69 played minutes High Ridge AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ervin Pulliam. Jordan Singleton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Payton having to interfere. Jordan Singleton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. German Payton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sonny Mayfield hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Perry Tapia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berry Keith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jordan Singleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chris Maloney during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Lemont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Maloney to maneuver through the defense. Stanton Crowder took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Perry Tapia. Lemont FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
