Monte Healy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marlon Stephenson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bob Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hunters Creek Village AFC's Bob Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monte Healy in the 19th minute of play. Monte Healy might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bob Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Monte Healy ran back to his position shaking his head. Marlon Stephenson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bob Martinez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Romanguaça FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lanny Munoz came free, but Richie Timmons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marlon Stephenson might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bob Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marlon Stephenson ran back to his position shaking his head. Marlon Stephenson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Martinez having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marlon Stephenson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bob Martinez saved Hunters Creek Village AFC from getting behind. After 37 minutes, Mario Ciccaglione mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hunters Creek Village AFC and the Romanguaça FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Romanguaça FC made a substitution. Lewis Barnes replaced Steve Ragsdale. After 39 played minutes Hunters Creek Village AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Ciccaglione. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marlon Stephenson in the 42nd minute of play forced Hunters Creek Village AFC's goalkeeper Bob Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monte Healy, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Richie Timmons was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Lanny Munoz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lanny Munoz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lanny Munoz to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Hunters Creek Village AFC's zone, Marlon Stephenson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bob Martinez came out of the goal and Marlon Stephenson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Monte Healy let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 60th minute shot 1-3 at rihgt post. Romanguaça FC's Richie Timmons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfred Barker in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Romanguaça FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lewis Barnes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hunters Creek Village AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Larry Hobson hit a great ball. Monte Healy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Hunters Creek Village AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Monte Healy came free, but Bob Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monte Healy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bob Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monte Healy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bob Martinez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. A hard shot 83 in the game by Marlon Stephenson from a close distance when the talented Bob Martinez managed to make a qualified save. Hunters Creek Village AFC's players were relieved. After 85 played minutes Monte Healy rounded Hunters Creek Village AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Romanguaça FC's goalkeeper Richie Timmons, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Monte Healy in the 92nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Bob Martinez kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. With a little luck, Hunters Creek Village AFC's Bob Martinez got control of the ball when Marlon Stephenson tried to sneak it across the goal line.
