In the 8thth minute of the game Tyron Painter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but South Holland's Desmond Jimenez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tyron Painter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13thth minute of the game Garry Dyer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Union's Deon Kimbrough was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Dwayne Horton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South Holland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Union the free kick. After 17 played minutes South Holland got a freekick which was hit by Dwayne Horton. Desmond Jimenez was a little too slow when Stanton Glenn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Union's Stanton Glenn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Desmond Jimenez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jerold Cormier kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Tyron Painter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desmond Jimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyron Painter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jessie Dunn, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Stanton Glenn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanton Glenn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desmond Jimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, South Holland's Desmond Jimenez got control of the ball when Stanton Glenn tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Tyron Painter made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Emmanuel Kilgore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Deon Kimbrough. Union's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emmanuel Kilgore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Dwayne Horton kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brady Barnett during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Brady Barnett hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Tyron Painter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desmond Jimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Dwayne Horton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Union were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after South Holland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jessie Dunn took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jessie Dunn got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Desmond Jimenez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Desmond Jimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyron Painter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Elvis Willett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Desmond Jimenez. South Holland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elvis Willett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Tyron Painter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. South Holland's Desmond Jimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyron Painter in the 94th minute of play.
