Jarod Tabor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Emanuel Madrid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC 420 booed when Huron FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenny Floyd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenny Floyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Huron FC defense, Allen Drummond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Garth Betts. The Huron FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Garth Betts should have stopped the shot. Benedict Belanger came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emanuel Madrid could save by the left post. If Kenny Floyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garth Betts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute of the match, Jarod Tabor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emanuel Madrid saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emanuel Madrid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenny Floyd in the 91st minute. Emanuel Madrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarod Tabor in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Huron FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC 420.
