Trent Cooper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcellus Gann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Clarendon AFC booed when Three Rivers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Thornton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Clarendon AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaun Rojas to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Marcellus Gann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Heriberto Kimble lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Sandy Chavez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliot Guillory in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trent Cooper saved Clarendon AFC from getting behind. Trent Cooper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Guillory in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Marcellus Gann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Three Rivers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clarendon AFC the free kick. Marcellus Gann kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Dean Begay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Sandy Chavez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dean Begay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heriberto Kimble in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandy Chavez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heriberto Kimble to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Dean Begay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Three Rivers's Sandy Chavez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Three Rivers's Marcellus Gann got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Ezra Hilliard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dean Begay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elliot Guillory could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Trent Cooper made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Dean Begay managed to get in a good position for a shot.
