North Wilkesboro FC's Daren Andrews played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Veltman in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Prague AFC's zone, Cesar Granger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovanni McDonald came out of the goal and Cesar Granger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Granger got free with Giovanni McDonald in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th match minute, Prague AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Veltman to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Granger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Val Shaver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Veltman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Daren Andrews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. North Wilkesboro FC's Calvin Nicholas got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, North Wilkesboro FC's Cesar Granger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovanni McDonald narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Edmundo Veltman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prague AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Veltman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daren Andrews breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Val Shaver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daren Andrews having to interfere. Giovanni McDonald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calvin Nicholas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calvin Nicholas made a kick off. Prague AFC's Giovanni McDonald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Nicholas in the 52nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Sonny Downey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Wilkesboro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prague AFC the free kick. The supporters of Prague AFC booed when North Wilkesboro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Downey didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute of the match, Edmundo Veltman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daren Andrews was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Prague AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lane Mata in the 70th minute. Giovanni McDonald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Granger, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Cesar Granger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Giovanni McDonald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Owen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Daren Andrews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Sonny Downey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The North Wilkesboro FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
