Mike Burch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Molina having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudy Patel during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kings Beach's supporters rose to their feet, but Monroe Willingham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Molina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Paranaense Soccer Club's zone, Monroe Willingham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Molina came out of the goal and Monroe Willingham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mike Burch might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Molina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mike Burch ran back to his position shaking his head. Graham Maurer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominic Arrington in the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by DeMarcus Vigil during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute Alberto Ring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Graham Maurer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kings Beach's Graham Maurer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Ring in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kings Beach had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
