With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Newell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Valley Falls AFC defense, Dwight Ryan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Newell. The Valley Falls AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Newell should have stopped the shot. Patrick Newell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dwight Ryan in the 79th minute. Patrick Newell didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3.
