Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when C.J. French made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Sora AFC defense, Tom Browning kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oswaldo Lemons. The Sora AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oswaldo Lemons should have stopped the shot. Oswaldo Lemons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will Frederick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dallas Cangiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Oswaldo Lemons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Sylvester took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vern Crowe. Vern Crowe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Raul Meyer came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sora AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Meyer couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Rolando Sylvester left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sora AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Anton Greene hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bill Orozco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Oswaldo Lemons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Carlyle's Oswaldo Lemons threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Will Frederick, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute Dallas Cangiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oswaldo Lemons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bill Orozco charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bill Orozco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, Carlyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Orozco to maneuver through the defense. Randy Chacon kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Dallas Cangiano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Carlyle's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Will Frederick to strike the kick off in the second half. Oswaldo Lemons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Frederick in the 51st minute of play. Randy Chacon hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Raul Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vern Crowe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of C.J. French's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Carlyle's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Sylvester came free, but Vern Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Carlyle's goalkeeper Vern Crowe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by C.J. French. If Pablo Holloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sora AFC's Rolando Sylvester got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-5 when C.J. French sped through Carlyle's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vern Crowe. Raul Meyer struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Vern Crowe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sora AFC. C.J.
