Theo Riker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirby Purcell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Dobbs scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theo Riker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of White Oak AFC booed when Crucifyxae was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiley Arredondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Perry Patton managed to get in a good position for a shot. White Oak AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Perry Patton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kyle Manuel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico McLeod's late challenge caught a White Oak AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico McLeod helped the player get up and apologised. Federico McLeod hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Abe Bain came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the White Oak AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abe Bain couldn't finish the play. Kyle Manuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abe Bain in the 39th minute of the match. If Vincent Dobbs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonso Hammons charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonso Hammons the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alonso Hammons hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Vincent Dobbs came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Crucifyxae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Dobbs couldn't finish the play. After the first half Crucifyxae were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kirby Purcell made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abe Bain in the 52nd minute of play forced Crucifyxae's goalkeeper Kyle Manuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When White Oak AFC's Abe Bain in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vincent Dobbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vincent Dobbs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Theo Riker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, White Oak AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Kirby Purcell came free, but Theo Riker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincent Dobbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Crucifyxae's Ahmed Bass got a free kick in the 70th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Perry Patton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. White Oak AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perry Patton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Crucifyxae's Kirby Purcell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theo Riker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to White Oak AFC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Donovan Howell hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Kirby Purcell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crucifyxae's supporters rose to their feet, but Kirby Purcell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The White Oak AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Kirby Purcell who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Theo Riker when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alonso Hammons got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 94th minute of the match, Vincent Dobbs got a very nice opportunity to score, but Theo Riker was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vincent Dobbs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theo Riker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Crucifyxae were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
