Mervin Moss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Ayers in the 5th minute of play. If Thomas Ayers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Rodriquez in the 9th minute of play forced Ahamdullilah's goalkeeper Mervin Moss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Rodriquez struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Mervin Moss didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orland AFC. In the 15th match minute, Orland AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chuck Ward to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Orland AFC's zone, Guy Young stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Nash came out of the goal and Guy Young tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mervin Moss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Ayers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that John Rodriquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mervin Moss was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Rudolf Sutherland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Nash having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Guy Young kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilfredo Nash. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. Wilfredo Nash made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Young in the 36th minute of play. Guy Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Nash showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Young in the 42nd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guy Young was the one to do the kick off. Guy Young recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Orland AFC booed when Ahamdullilah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rey Kearney didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Rodriquez in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mervin Moss, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thomas Ayers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Ahamdullilah's goalkeeper Mervin Moss had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Rodriquez. The supporters of Orland AFC booed when Ahamdullilah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rey Kearney didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Thomas Ayers notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ahamdullilah's Mervin Moss. Mervin Moss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Thomas Ayers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, one of Ahamdullilah:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ahamdullilah:s Mervin Moss showed great skill when he stopped Aaron Levine:s penalty. Guy Young received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Wilfredo Nash tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Chuck Ward hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92nd play minutes Rudolf Sutherland shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Wilfredo Nash and just under the crossbar into goal. Orland AFC's Wilfredo Nash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Young in the 97th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
