Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) If Casper Hogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, Jarrettsville's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Hogan came free, but Rob Childs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morgan Coulter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldo Aviles having to interfere. The nice shot from Damon Grossman in the 8thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Waldo Aviles had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Damon Grossman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waldo Aviles having to make a save. A collision led to Jarrettsville getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Calvin Blackburn hit a great ball. If Casper Hogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Silas Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rob Childs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Coyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Jarrettsville defense, Casper Hogan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rob Childs. The Jarrettsville fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rob Childs should have stopped the shot. After 30 minutes, Marcos Newby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarrettsville and the Glen Carbon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Jarrettsville got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Newby. After 34 minutes, Shaun Sullivan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarrettsville and the Glen Carbon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute Casper Hogan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rob Childs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Jarrettsville's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Hogan came free, but Rob Childs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarrettsville's Rob Childs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Hogan in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes, Glen Carbon's Waldo Norton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rob Childs came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glen Carbon reached it. A collision led to Jarrettsville getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Rigoberto Epperson hit a great ball.
In the 51st minute, Marcos Newby made a precise shot to the right of Waldo Aviles. Glen Carbon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Waldo Aviles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morgan Coulter, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Casper Hogan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rob Childs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Glen Carbon's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Matos came free, but Waldo Aviles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rufus Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Damon Grossman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldo Aviles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jarrettsville booed when Glen Carbon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldo Norton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 minutes, Morgan Coulter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarrettsville and the Glen Carbon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 minutes, Reuben Lincoln mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glen Carbon and the Jarrettsville players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Glen Carbon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reuben Lincoln to maneuver through the defense. When Reuben Lincoln was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. In the 77th minute, Reuben Lincoln hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Hogan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Marcos Newby came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Jarrettsville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Newby couldn't finish the play. Arnold Matos charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnold Matos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Jarrettsville getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Arnold Matos hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Jarrettsville players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
