Domenic Norman charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domenic Norman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jah Guide FC booed when Ladysmith was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenic Norman didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Domenic Norman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Domenic Norman made the kick off in the second half. Jah Guide FC's Bradley Jean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenic Norman in the 53rd minute of play. With his leg Bradley Jean managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Ladysmith's Johnson Peralta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nathaniel Stein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Deaton having to interfere. Jah Guide FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ladysmith the free kick. After 98 played minutes Jah Guide FC got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Traylor. Ladysmith's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
