A collision led to Ladysmith getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Adrian Stokes hit a great ball. Jackson Chan's late challenge caught a Ladysmith's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jackson Chan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Paris FC's Jackson Chan got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 10 minutes, Eddy Willis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ladysmith and the Paris FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Johnson Peralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Everett DeJesus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paris FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Everett DeJesus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Deaton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, Ladysmith's goal looked a bit too open when Frankie McCord came free, but Daniel Deaton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladysmith's Eddy Willis got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Eddy Willis off the ground. Everett DeJesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Daniel Deaton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Frankie McCord managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paris FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frankie McCord was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Deaton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Frankie McCord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnson Peralta made a kick off. Darron Gunn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnson Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Daniel Deaton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frankie McCord in the 54th minute of play. Everett DeJesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Daniel Deaton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Frankie McCord left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paris FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Frankie McCord's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Deaton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Paris FC's Lamar Rubin got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 70th match minute, Ladysmith was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenic Norman to maneuver through the defense. Jackson Chan, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Everett DeJesus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Daniel Deaton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Daniel Deaton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 89 minutes into the game, Domenic Norman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ladysmith's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paris FC the free kick. In the 89th minute, Domenic Norman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everett DeJesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Ladysmith was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Stokes to maneuver through the defense. Ladysmith's Daniel Deaton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frankie McCord in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Paris FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ladysmith.
